Transitioning to Frequentz, he assumed the role of lead engineer, spearheading the design and implementation of complex serialization platforms. His hands-on experience, coupled with his industry and product knowledge, allowed him to support pre-sales efforts effectively showcasing the value of the solutions he helped create.
In Emery-Honzal’s most recent position as Director of Engineering for rfxcel, part of the Antares Vision Group, he managed a diverse team spanning US, Europe, and Asia. His leadership was instrumental in the development and delivery of rfxcel's L4/L5 track-and-trace platform ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as EMVS and DSCSA. His involvement in the requirements gathering process for high-profile customers underscored his commitment to delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
